Not This Week...

Dear Friends,

I hope everyone is having a blessed week!  I apologize.  I will not be able to share the blog for this week.  I will have Sharing Jesus with Others, Part II next week.  As some of you may know, I have had an injured back for many years.  I have re-injured myself and it hurts too much to sit up and type, I am so sorry.

A person who left a comment was randomly chosen and I will announce that name as well as a winner for this week's He IS Able Blog's Card of the Week next Wednesday.  So please leave a comment about how you like to share about Jesus with others: through cards, inviting them to church, through a ministry or some other way.  There are no right or wrong answers, actually you can leave any comment and you may be randomly chosen to receive a beautiful card made by one of our readers, and you don't have to accept it if you don't want it...I can send it to anyone in the U.S. from you or anonymously.  Or, I can donate it to one of the charities that I send cards...so share prayer requests, comments, questions, favorite Scriptures...anything!

Please reach out to others in Jesus' name this week.
S-T-R-E-T-C-H those muscles of talking about Him in public, and let us know how it goes.

He IS Able!

  2. Traci, I will continue to lift you and your health in prayer and believing you will be on your feet soon. One area I'm able to share about the Lord is when I teach paper art and rubber stamping in my home. I have several unsaved women that come. The Lord opens up times during class when things are discussed that I share what the Lord is doing in my life, how faithful our Father is. His grace, His mercy. There are often other Christians in class and we don't push, just minister as the Lord allows. The Lord has opened up other opportunities ~ a student of mine had a double knee replacement today and when she recovers I am going to take class to her until she can return to class A new Chinese restaurant has opened up here in town and their daughter is artistic. I have an opportunity to work with her this summer - I'm praying she will see Jesus. I am also going to be contacting the Foreign Legion to work with the youth in the Portland area. I'm excited as I see opportunities opening up. I was getting down as it seemed like I wasn't reaching anyone and then the Lord just seems to be opening doors. Praise God!!
